Mindy Silverstein has served as a trusted advisor to global executives, investors and institutions for over two decades. In fall 2023 she established Silverstein Group to work as an independent consultant with select international partners and clients. Mindy is an artful ambassador, connector and facilitator. She is tenacious in developing business opportunities and passionate about driving capital, talent and ideas to grow exceptional companies, ventures and projects.

Mindy joined Credit Suisse as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor to the Group CEO in 2016. From 2020 she assumed the role Head of Client Strategy and Partnerships and joined the firm’s Sustainability, Research & Investment Solutions (SRI) Management Committee. During her tenure, Mindy represented the firm with clients, global business leaders and other key stakeholders, led various initiatives and a high-performing team focused on priority relationships, engagement, content and positioning.
From 2005 until 2016, Mindy worked at the Milken Institute driving the organization's international growth, revenue, strategic relationships, and programming. Previously, she designed and executed marketing, business development and evaluation strategies for multinational corporations and institutions. Mindy serves on the Board of Room to Read Switzerland and actively supports organizations including the Milken Institute and The Hip Hop Museum. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
